A pastry chef’s story, told through every bite.
Alessandra began her professional journey in 2017, training as a chef and pastry chef at leading gastronomy schools in São Paulo. After working in renowned Brazilian restaurants, she moved to Australia and became a pastry chef at QT Gold Coast.
Today, she brings together authentic Brazilian technique, quality Australian ingredients and the warm spirit of celebration behind every brigadeiro and cake.

What is a brigadeiro?
A brigadeiro is a traditional sweet treat enjoyed throughout Brazil—one that every Brazilian knows and loves. Made by slowly cooking condensed milk with chocolate and butter, it has a soft, rich centre unlike anything else.
At International Bites, we bring that same traditional taste to Australia using our authentic recipes. Each brigadeiro is handcrafted, rolled and finished with a variety of toppings to ensure a consistently delicious, high-quality bite that feels at home at any occasion.
