The journey began in 2017 with a passion for Brazil’s most beloved sweets. After Alessandra graduating as a certified Chef and Pastry Chef from one of São Paulo’s top gastronomy schools, she honed craft in renowned restaurants across Brazil.

Chasing a dream, she moved to Australia and served as a Pastry Chef at the 5-Star QT Hotel Gold Coast, working alongside the city’s best culinary professionals. And today, at Internationalbites, she blends authentic Brazilian techniques, with a touch of Australian flair to create sweets that tell a story in every bite.
